If you are CEO of a very small or very early stage company, we offer a cost effective, M&A Mentoring program that’s designed to help you manage a “do-it-yourself” transaction.
The concept is simple: We coach and direct, you do the leg work. For a flat consulting fee of $5,000, we will help you set the M&A strategy, provide a process, review specific tactics, and most importantly, help you avoid costly mistakes. We will advise you on what to say, when to say it, what information to provide, when to provide it, and perhaps most importantly, what not to say and do. The program includes an initial meeting, plus telephone/email access to us for approximately 45 days to enable you to get answers to specific questions that arise during the process.
